How to make Multi Language Weebly websiteI've lived in Korea, Germany, and Japan, and now I'm living in the US and meeting people from other countries, so I have a lot of interest in languages. I am making a website and blogging based in English, but there are times when Korean customers show interest. So I should always be ready. Before an important photoshoot, it is fun to decorate the website with the feeling of putting on makeup and think about what to add one by one. So, today, I would like to introduce a translator that can support multiple languages on the website. Having a translator like this makes the site look more professional, and people from non-English-speaking countries can access the site, which is good in many ways. Recently, many companies are supplying translation widgets for free or for a fee. Here, I am going to show you how to apply the translation platform provided by Google to the Weebly homepage. First of all, the site below is a site where you can apply for Google Translator's free widget. There is no need to register as a member, and it is free, so you do not need to pay and you do not need to enter your credit card information. All we need is your email and website address. Click on the screen or oranged text below to go to that site. Go to the Google translate Widget site!
At the bottom, keep adding the countries you think you need to translate, then enter your email and site address.
Enter your email and site address and you will receive a code as shown below Simply copy!
Then go back to the Weebly editing site. Then just insert the element into the page you want. The element to be used is the Embed code.
In my case, I decided to put a translator on the main screen of the homepage and the blog. Move as shown below, drag and drop the Embed Code to the place where you want to put on your page, and then open the HTML window of the Embed Code element, paste the copied code from Google translate Widget, and click the Publish button on the upper right.
Then return to the homepage and check the results I checked it in Korean.
It's just a translator on the homepage, but it's nice and warm as if you're back in your hometown. I wish you the best of luck and hope that you will be able to browse the site in your native language.

It's been over a month since I've been posting consistently, and there are about 50 posts. It is a far short number compared to a blogger who works full-time, but it is rewarding to me in that it was achieved while drawing, doing housework, and raising children at the same time. Most of all, blogging plays a positive role in that I find meaningful subjects to me day after day and that even when I do not have time, the day does not pass meaningless, and there are visible results. Currently, my goal is to achieve 100 quality post uploads consistently. By then, I'll be happy to report the reviews between post 50 and 100 comparatively here. On the other hand, I am writing and accumulating on the blog like this, but I wondered what to do when there was a problem, such as losing all my data, urgently restoring the page, or moving to another site. A website editing company called Weebly, where I am nesting, allows data to be backed up in case this happens. Select Archive from the setting--> general menu of the Weebly editor, enter your email address in the blank, and click the right button(Email Archive). The data in the blue square of Recent Exports below is a previously backed up file. After downloading, you can check the zip file as below. Below is what it looks like when the exported zip file is opened. What we mean here is that backed up Weebly archive .zip file can’t be uploaded back into another Weebly site, they are meant more as a personal backup, which defeats the very purpose of backup. However, is that unfortunately, you cannot upload backed up Weebly archive .zip files back to other Weebly sites. That means it's more of a personal backup that defeats the purpose of the backup. This is one of the reasons why customers leave Weebly. Anyone having problems with the current version of the website will have to copy and paste the content from the archive backup, which is time consuming for larger sites. Simply put, to restore your Weebly website using the created backup archive, you will have to manually open the HTML page using the IDE, copy and paste the content into the site editor, and then republish. It's still time consuming, but this is the only best solution to fix the problem if it happens. Still, the best solution is always at hand. The solution is to simply contact the Weebly support team and make a smooth request. All you need to do is provide your website URL. Then they will do the work for you. A site owner asks the Weebly team to restore a website that was accidentally deleted. The response of the Weebly Support Center is, in my experience, quick and friendly. You can reach the Weebly team through our online community forums or by sending an email to support@weebly.com. |
