 Movement is a big part of the visual arts, including graphic design. Compositional movement occurs when design elements lead the viewer's eye from one point to another through a composition. Movement is the path the viewer's eye takes through the work of art, often to focal areas. Such movement can be directed along lines, edges, shape, and color within the work of art.

 ​It is easy to express motion by using the gradation or lines of an object. It's good to learn the movement by making the letter Tornado with the children.
