Making Holiday scenery with balloon paintingRecently, I finished the watercolor painting, "Christmas scenery" like below. Above the picture, I painted with balloon, it is called the balloon smashing technique. I would like to share it how to draw with your balloon. First, I prepared the three colored watercolor paints like the left of the below. Next, I smashed it with balloon until I can find the proper pattern like a pine tree. And then I painted the background first like left side of the below. After then, I applied the previously prepared the tree patterned color on my balloon. I created the tree shapes with trials several times until the shape looks like a pine tree like below. In this process, you have to consider the contrast where is the light or dark part for showing your pine tree more 3 dimensional. And then I sprayed the white ink with splatter's technique by using finger tips. It looks like a snowy night with pine trees. For last step, I applied the golden glue for making a christmas decoration on the pine trees. Here is the finished work. Have a happy holiday~~

Weebly pro plan I've been running my homepage on the Weebly Basic plan for a long time. Then yesterday, I finally updated to Weebly Pro. With this update, I can use one of the Weebly elements, the search engine. Previously, I used the programming-based search engine provided by Google. After changing to the Pro plan, there is an advantage in that I can quickly search and view information on my site when using a search engine. It would have been better if this feature was in Basic, but I'm glad I can use it by updating it now.

The process of painting the still life with watercolor. Recently, I completed a small still life painting in 6 by 9 inches. This painting shows how a still life can be painted in watercolor without sketching.
Making a golden mask using newspaperToday, I would like to share the process of making a golden mask by coating gold foil on a face mask made using recycled newspaper. Below is the finished look. For reference, the site below shows the process of how to make a mask out of newspaper. Go to related post! As I showed in the previous post, if you put a mask made of newspaper porridge in the boiler room, it will dry completely in about a day. Obviously, it was heavy and soft when it was made with glue porridge in newspaper, but after it was completely dried, it became a hard and light mask. Prepare the material to coat the mask with gold foil. First, apply adhesive solution to attach the gold foil. This solution is included in the gold foil making kit. Paste it carefully as shown below. Then I put cubic tape on it like a tattoo. At this time, the attached gold foil is very light and easy to fly. Therefore, the solution below must be diluted with water and sprayed to adhere perfectly to the object. A wonderful golden mask was completed in no time. Choose the decoration you want to decorate like below. Adjust the angles around and finally select the location. This is the finished look.
