Design elements_Line
What is the line? It has length, position, and direction, but does not have width or volume. -The trajectory that the point moved can be called a line, and this is called a positive line, and the proximity of many lines has the effect of being perceived as a plane. A line has only length and position, but no width or volume. It is the trajectory along which the point is moved and appears at the limit, intersection of the plane. A line defines or limits a certain shape and divides an area. -Indicates a sense of movement, speed, direction, etc. * The formative psychological effect of lines -Vertical lines give a sense of structural height, dignity and uplift. -The perpendicular line makes us feel a sense of eternity, infinity, stability, comfort, and peace. -The oblique line has a movement to fall, giving a sense of movement, instability, and active feeling of change. -Curves give a feeling of flexibility, complexity, dynamic, lightness and femininity. * A line is a trajectory where a point is moved, and the point is expanded to become a line. When lines are placed side by side, they are perceived as planes. Note: The picture above is designed for educational purpose so that children can easily learn about the types of lines. You can download and use it freely.
Fruit painting The still life describes a work of art that shows inanimate objects from the natural or man-made world, such as fruit, flowers, dead game, and/or vessels like baskets or bowls. Among these still life paintings, artists have long enjoyed drawing fruits. It is because of the symbolic meaning of the color the fruit gives, the basic composition that is basically created when drawing the fruit, and the abundance and growth that the fruit itself gives. Below are fruit drawings drawn with colored pencils and watercolors.
