Grand opening, Girin Instruments!

  We have been busy preparing to found the established Girin Institute since September. The related content is summarized and posted on my blog, Girin Institute, and the info menu's Art & Data Analysis section. For those of you who are interested in setting up a company or need motivation, I'm posting it little by little. And it is important because these records themselves will become the history of the company.​

  ​The original name, Girin Institute, was changed to Girin Instruments after consulting with accountants and lawyers. If the name contains "Institute", we must prove ourselves from the educational institution. However, since our direction is that education is not the main focus and focuses on software development & consulting, we decided to change the company's name from Girin institute to Girin instruments.

​ The contents of the company are mainly finance and created an art department. It is to consider art selling and future NFT business. After consulting with a legal advisory firm with 30 years of experience, we finally got the final approval and received the corporation book, as shown below. Papers in the form of awards such as a degree certificate and a seal are included. 

  In the future, we will open a business account, information such as a tax ID is required.
