Student artworks by Elbert,11 years old
Below is a seascape as the sun sets, drawn by 11-year-old student Elbert.
Travel introduces children to many colors, perspectives and the beauty of nature. I think travel itself is a great teacher for children. After a five-week trip to Taiwan, Elbert sketched the surrounding environment while carrying a small sketchbook in his spare time. And I found that his skills jumped to an astonishing level. Elbert can now portray landscapes more realistically and sensibly.
Above all, he likes to depict architecture and machinery. I look forward to seeing how much more his serious portrayal skills will jump later.
