Blogging is as a meditation. Writing is a kind of meditation. Because before we write, we think about ourselves once more. In that respect, blogs are like meditation to me. Among the famous Buddhist monks in Korea, there was Bopjung. While teaching Koreans the concept of " life of non-possession" in Buddhism, he himself rented a hut that was not owned by a slash-and-burn home, and practiced poverty by finding firewood and cultivating fields by himself without any possession. And after a deep realization, he taught people a lot and passed away in 2010. Among his teachings, the following are impressive. Meditation is a part of our waking life, not something different from our daily life. Silently sweeping and wiping, the act of buying and selling carelessly in the market, Driving a car calmly with a clear mind is his reputation. No matter what you do, watch what you do Meditation is the perception of one's role. If you don't take this time to meditate on yourself, They cannot lead their own lives independently and are likely to get caught up in the external vortex. Without looking inside ourselves, our minds become deserts and wastes day by day. The real purpose of meditation is to transform our lives with the wisdom and compassion we have gained through meditation. It can be seen as training through meditation and practicing in everyday life. The purpose was not to meditate, but to change our lives through meditation. A quiet time to reflect on yourself and face your true self, this is the time when you start from within yourself and you can see that something slowly changes little by little. To paint also means to concentrate and reflect only on oneself in a quiet room, and quietly enter the inner world as Buddhist monks leave the world and go into the mountains to attain enlightenment. In that sense, it is the same with writing. To write, you have to title what you want to write, gather information, and look back on your memories. And as you write, you have to keep thinking, refining, and creating. If you write like this every day, little by little, you can feel that something is changing.
