2024 NASA Student Art Contest: Student artworks by Cindy, Miro and Sophia

Among the student paintings that participated in the 2024 NASA Student Art Contest, we are sharing the works currently featured in the flickr gallery.

​The painting above is a work by Cindy, with the Earth in the background, expressing the feeling of looking at the Earth from space. This mixed media work, which expresses dots in outer space in cubic shapes, stands out for its novel ideas.

The picture above is a picture of Miro, expressing a 7-year-old child's appreciation of the cute and clear universe. The idea of aliens gathering in outer space and having a space dance party is truly amazing.

​The work above is by Sophia, and she drew herself looking at the Earth from the moon. I also have an amazing vision that in the future, we will be able to stand on the moon and look at the Earth without a spacesuit.

​This competition was a great opportunity for students to understand outer space and actually draw planets, spaceships, space suits, and astronauts. Through this competition, I am able to confirm the endless, limitless imagination and beautiful minds of children.
