"Visions in Color" Exhibition Begins – Featuring My Four Paintings and a New Creative Challenge7/10/2025
"Visions in Color" Exhibition Begins – Featuring My Four Paintings and a New Creative ChallengeStarting today, four of my watercolor paintings are on display at the "Visions in Color" exhibition, held at the Port Jefferson Gallery on the second floor of the Village Center. This group show, organized by the Night Heron Artists, runs from July 3 to August 28, 2025. Some of the artworks featured in the poster are by the talented artists participating in this exhibition, and I’m truly grateful to be among them. Filled with warmth and vibrant colors, this summer show beautifully captures the spirit of the season. I hope many of you will have the chance to visit and enjoy the works in person. In addition, the Night Heron Artists group has launched a new creative project starting today called "1 Day 1 Art", where each artist is encouraged to complete one small artwork per day. Although it’s meant to be one piece per day, I was so inspired that I ended up creating seven watercolor postcards today! These may be small in size, but they carry a lot of emotion and spontaneous energy from the moment they were made. I look forward to sharing more updates from the exhibition, as well as the ongoing journey of this new creative challenge. I believe in the power of art—and I’m committed to showing up with sincerity and heart, one day at a time. Discover four new watercolor paintings featured in the Visions in Color group exhibition at Port Jefferson Gallery (July 3–Aug 28, 2025), and follow the artist’s daily creative challenge, “1 Day 1 Art,” starting with six postcard paintings.
