The Quiet Journey of Blogging: My Path Beyond TrendsThese days, it’s all about AI, YouTube, and Instagram. But for me, blogging feels like home. It’s quiet, steady, and consistent, untouched by fleeting trends — and that rhythm matches me so well. Blogging reminds me of a snail: slow, cautious, but always moving forward. With time, that steady progress leaves behind a clear path. YouTube or Instagram often feels like flashes of light — dazzling, yes, but fleeting. They may bring quick success or sudden bursts of popularity, but my heart doesn’t lean in that direction. My Instagram is nowhere near as active as my blog, and perhaps that’s why I don’t have many followers there. I don’t look at it often, nor do I feel the need to chase numbers or increase visitors. Blogging, on the other hand, feels almost like prayer. Like closing my eyes in meditation, standing in silence against an invisible wall, talking to myself, and listening to the stillness. It’s a space where I can gather my thoughts, a place that feels deeply right for me. And I’m grateful, because these quiet records may someday be helpful to someone else. When I first set out on the path of being an artist, everything felt so bleak. There was no visible road for me to take. The obvious paths were overcrowded, far too competitive for someone just beginning. And everywhere, there were scams or alluring promises of guaranteed success — glittering traps disguised as opportunities. Standing at those crossroads, I chose instead the way with no road at all. My approach was a little like Forrest Gump, who one day simply began to run, without any reason. I believed that if I just kept walking, repeating, and moving forward, eventually a path would form beneath my feet — one that others could also walk. So I didn’t worry, and I didn’t let myself be swept away by temptations. I just kept going. All I had were small pieces of paper, a little room, and my classes. They weren’t glamorous, but they were my universe. So I gave my best every day. I still do, and I always will. And somewhere along the way, I realized that this process itself made me happy. Like taking a walk under the sunshine, feeling infinite joy in the smallest moments. The happiness that comes from the process is more valuable than any prize or certificate. And for me, blogging is what makes me experience that kind of joy most fully. Now, blogging has even begun to bring me income. I never started it for money, but if blogging can become my second pipeline, I want to tell you this: it doesn’t have to be grand. Your steady steps, no matter how small, will one day lead you to your destination. Keep going. And when I look back, I’m grateful that none of this happened on a grand stage. It all unfolded in quiet, humble corners — in my little room, in the hours when no one was watching, in the countless words I left behind. At times it felt slow, invisible, like walking a path no one else cared about. But in truth, I was the first to be comforted and strengthened by it. And that’s why I’ll continue, quietly but consistently. On this path, I trust in the small joys I’ll meet along the way, and in the traces that, someday, will remain as proof of my journey. In a world of fast-moving trends like YouTube and Instagram, I’ve found peace and growth through blogging. A reflection on persistence, creativity, and finding joy in the quiet process.
