A girl drawing a picture! If I have a wish as an artist, it is more wonder, joy, and reflection. When I studied art education at Adelphi University, I learned that art classes should always be a magical wonder, and I am trying to practice this. My ultimate goal in education is to make the children exclaim "Wow" when they open the door to class. However, this is always difficult. I have to think a lot and try to realize my ideas. What may be fun from my perspective may be boring from the children's perspective, so I always simulate the situations I will be in before class. And this habit is a good tip for improving the quality of the class, satisfying the students, and feeling rewarded as a teacher. Also, as an artist, I love the situation where as many people as possible are amazed and inspired by the beauty of my paintings and contact me directly instead of just passing by. I am fortunate to be a lucky artist. I am always grateful for the situations where I am given the opportunity to receive such contacts and responses frequently and to draw. I know very well that this situation is not given to artists often in reality. There are so many people who are good at drawing, and these days, with the development of YouTube and Instagram, we can often see these talented artists and their works, so it is true that the competition is fiercer. However, I have no doubts about my talent, passion, and ability. I believe in my own path and vision. This belief is something I have gained through countless questions and answers while drawing for many years. And I know very well that the work never lies. No matter how hard the artist tries to package it, people will eventually face the truth in the picture. Therefore, the artist must stand in front of the picture with even more sincere honesty.
In fact, when my artistic activities and pursuits shine with deep dedication and sincerity, people find it, even though it seems impossible, like finding a sparkling stone on the beach. I experience this a lot when I exhibit. Recently, I have been receiving good reviews for a portrait of a girl. This painting is called A Girl Drawing a picture. The girl is focused only on painting. I captured the beauty of a girl focused on art and exhibited this painting because I thought it was the beauty of people who pursue art. People who find this painting beautiful are also people who know the beauty of art. I want as many people as possible to be immersed in the beauty and wonder of art.
