1 Day, 1 Art : Recent Watercolor postcards!I have been drawing small pictures on postcard-sized watercolor paper every day. These pictures are often used as birthday cards and sold at outdoor art shows. Last year, many visitors bought my postcards. I am grateful to art lovers who appreciate the value of pictures. Every time I paint, I feel the mood is different. The tone, theme, and feeling of the painting change. It seems to show the same thing every day, but it feels like nature that is constantly changing. If someone can see my small paintings and enjoy the world of art, that will always be the best gift for me. Gifting a watercolor postcard or card filled with sincerity can give the recipient a warm impression. Hand-drawn pictures and hand-written letters add meaning as they become one-of-a-kind, special works of art. Unlike ready-made products, they can be made in a unique and customized way, reflecting the recipient's tastes and emotions.
The soft and emotional colors unique to watercolors are healing and comforting just by looking at them. In addition, handmade cards are filled with sincerity and time, making them even more precious memories for the recipient. In the digital age, a gift with an analog feel made by hand is even more special. In addition, watercolor postcards have value beyond just being simple cards. You can frame them and use them as interior decorations, or you can keep them for a long time to recall precious moments. If you use eco-friendly materials, they can become sustainable gifts. A watercolor card filled with sincerity is the best way to convey your feelings. I find that I get more feedback when I send watercolor postcards. A heartfelt card is the best way to share your feelings. You can also talk about the painting. Last year, I sold watercolor postcards I had painted during my summer vacation at an outdoor art show. One of the most memorable ones was when my daughter chose my white fish, and I heard her mother ask, "Why did you choose this painting?" And my daughter said, "It's like the fish's body is glowing." We wouldn't be looking at commercial cards and asking and answering questions like this. We'd say, "Wow, it's pretty. It's cute. It's great." But having a moment to talk about your feelings and understanding of the painting helps us get to know each other and connect more. When I want to know someone, I often take them to a gallery. Likewise, if you want to get to know someone, go to a gallery together. You will find that you share stories that you didn't know before, like camping while looking at the stars. I love art class and art. In my memory and with my students, we are allowed to talk to each other, listen to music, and chat. And as an art teacher, I think art class should be a little noisy. Because art class is about exchanging opinions, talking, and stimulating imagination. Above all, it should be fun. I always looked forward to art class because it is the only class where there is time for such conversation. It is becoming common for people to have difficulty, feel embarrassed, and feel awkward talking about their feelings. I wish we could share our feelings with each other through watercolor cards that we exchange with each other. This is my wish as an artist.
